I am Olivia Loveless. I have spent half of my life as a student; a spy the rest. This summer I take on the biggest deep-cover operation of my career: English majors. What is it that unites and sets them apart? That fascinates and infuriates, delights and frightens me? My casebook will serve as a sort of bread-crumb trail that will trace my path into the world of the English major as I place myself among them and undergo the process that shapes and grooms them.
